I am only selling a digital art product, NO physical product.

Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.

Full payment 100% upfront.

Split half (50% upfront, 50% after the sketch is approved).

Unlimited revisions for minor revisions and 5 major revisions during sketch stage.

After sketch, major revision is not allowed.

Minor revision is still ok during lineart, 2x maximum.

Revision during coloring / finishing stage is not allowed.

As the artist, I hold the full copyright to the artworks I produced.

I'm allowed to use finished artworks as my portfolio, promotion and upload it to online platforms (watermarked).

Clients may use commissioned artwork as a wallpaper, keychain, sticker, or any physical product for themself as long as you don't sell it (personal use).

Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand. There are extra charges and/or royalties involved for commercial projects.

Commercial use will be charged 3X original price.

Reselling is strictly forbidden.

Cancelling commission is not allowed.

Client may request a refund and cancel the commission only if I take more than 1 month without progress / no updates at all.

If there are certain reasons that make it impossible to continue the commission, you may request a refund and cancel the order with a full or partial refund given based on the progress made.
